Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, enjoying the spacious rooms with a beautiful view of the falls. The friendly staff made me feel welcome, and the location was fantastic, just a short walk to Niagara Falls attractions. However, the breakfast options were quite limited, and there was a fee for Wi-Fi, which was a minor drawback.
The hotel has a great location just a short walk from the falls, making it perfect for family-friendly activities. While the rooms are clean and well-kept, they do feel a bit outdated and could use some renovations. The staff was friendly and attentive, which really made my stay enjoyable. However, the dining options were a bit pricier compared to other places nearby, and the breakfast selection was limited.
The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like Fallsview Casino and Clifton Hill. Our room was nice and clean, but we did hear some noise which made it hard for the kids to sleep. The service was a mixed bag; while some staff were friendly, others seemed unfriendly. Overall, it’s a decent place with good value for the price, but it could use some improvements in soundproofing and consistency in service.
This hotel has a fantastic location right near the falls, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a nice view of the American Falls. The service is friendly and attentive, but the dining options could use some variety. Overall, it’s a great value for the money with convenient amenities.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel with a spectacular view of the American Falls from my room on the 17th floor, especially during the firework show. The location was perfect as it kept me away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill while still being within walking distance of all the major attractions. The service was friendly, although at times a bit formal. The only slight downside was the limited dining options, but overall, it was great value for money.
